On the streets of South Central, Los Angeles California, Jamiel Shaw, his wife Anita and others try to gather signatures to have special order 40 ammended so that illegal alien gang members are deported. If illegal alien gang members were being deported, Jamiel's son, Jamiel Shaw 2nd would today be alive.

A rally in support of the initiative which was attended by many is over but Jamiel senior still
lingers on the sidewalk trying to get those last few signatures before night time comes.
